  • Document patient information accurately and confidentially.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN license in the state of New York.
  • Annual physical examination within the past year.
  • PPD or Quantiferon test within the past year or chest x-ray within the past five years.
  • MMR lab results.
  • COVID-19 vaccine card with booster.
