About the Role

Xpress Global Systems, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a regional territory and book of customers, meeting growth objectives within the account base
  • Uncover sales opportunities through outbound calls to new and existing accounts
  • Develop and utilize sales strategies to attract potential customers
  • Create business relationships with customers, identifying their needs and interests to drive sales
  • Perform follow-up calls with customers who have expressed interest
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all goals and targets are met
  • Research accounts, identify key figures, and generate interest in our company
  • Maintain and expand a database of prospects within the assigned region
  • Multi-task using various systems while collaborating with multiple team members
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Own/assist with customer account maintenance
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Two to three years of work experience related to sales
  • AS400 experience preferred
  • Strong background in prospecting via sales techniques
  • Ability to pinpoint prospects who fit our company's criteria
  • Thorough understanding of our products and services
  • Business and financial savvy
  • Industry research and analysis skills
  • Knowledgeable in latest sales intelligence tools
  • Time & Project Management skills
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Empathy & Active listening skills
  • Strong phone presence/strong email etiquette skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Computer literate w/ MS Office and CRM experience a plus
