We are seeking a skilled Chemical Operator to join our team at Personnel Staffing, Inc. The Chemical Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring chemical production equipment to ensure the safe and efficient manufacturing of products.
Key Responsibilities- Operate chemical processing equipment following standard operating procedures
- Monitor and control process parameters to maintain product quality
- Perform material handling, including packaging and warehouse duties
- Adhere to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
- Utilize forklifts for materials movement
- Assist in lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency
- Fabricate and machine components as needed
- Two (2) years of Process Industrial experience required. Process Technology and Industrial Quality Control Experience desired.
- Previous experience in a chemical manufacturing environment preferred
- Knowledge of materials handling and warehouse operations
- Familiarity with CGMP standards
- Ability to operate forklifts safely
- Experience in lean manufacturing practices is a plus
