Staff Registered Nurse

Tri-State Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Services team. As a Staff Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in the perioperative setting.
Responsibilities:
Assess patient prior to procedure, reviewing patient identification, consent, physical and psychological health status, allergies, medication lists, and readiness for surgery
Review data collected, pertinent health history, physician orders, and patient needs to formulate and prioritize a plan of care
Monitor patient vital signs and outcomes
Provide triage assessment, nursing diagnosis, and evaluating all aspects of nursing care
Provide for patient safety throughout the perioperative experience
Promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide the safest care for each patient
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
License or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington or have an active multi-state license
Current BLS at time of hire
Surgical experience preferred but not required
