Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $300,000 - $500,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, PTO, and CME allowance.
Job DescriptionAs a Cardiothoracic Surgeon with our company, you will be responsible for examining patients, running tests to identify heart and lung issues, creating surgical plans, and conducting heart and lung surgeries. You will use advanced techniques and tools to ensure safety and precision, oversee recovery, and work with a team to manage patient care after surgery.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have an active GA license, BC, and fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Surgery at the rank of Clinical Instructor, Assistant or Associate Professor. You should also have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure.
