Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Machine Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Workbox Staffing. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex machinery and equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including conveyor systems and production machines.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with production workers to ensure smooth operation of equipment and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production staff on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure equipment is functioning within specifications.
  • Document and report maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance schedules.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulic and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
