**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients' own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Skilled Nursing Care: Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
- Assess Patient Needs: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Travel to Patient Locations: Travel to patients' homes to provide care, as assigned.
Requirements
- Active RN License: Possess an active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA.
- Experience and Skills: One year of clinical experience strongly preferred. Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not required. We will train you.
- Travel and Flexibility: Ability to travel to patient locations as assigned, and flexibility to work a variety of schedules.
