**Job Summary:**

As an Administrative Assistant in our Early Learning Center, you will play a vital role in supporting the team's daily operations. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support, acting as a receptionist, and contributing to data management.

About the Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the ELC team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and maintaining records.
  • Act as a receptionist, greeting visitors, and managing sign-in/sign-out procedures.
  • Assist with data management, including tracking attendance, meal planning, and staff training.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Support teachers and administrators during emergency drills.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Hiring range: $24.41 - $27.40 DOE (Full salary range up to $27.40 for long-tenured staff currently in position or other exceptional circumstances.)
