Job Overview

Aerotek is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Specialist to join our team in Jeffersonville, Indiana. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity with a competitive salary range of $17.31 - $18.06 per hour.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently pack, sort, and ship prescriptions directly to retail pharmacies and end-customers. In this role, you will use Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) along with supported hardware and software to ensure 100% accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be able to read computer-generated screens and select the correct items for packing or sorting. Additional responsibilities include maintaining housekeeping standards and performing other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pack, sort, and ship prescriptions with 100% accuracy and efficiency using SOPs and supported hardware and software.
  • Read computer-generated screens and select correct items for packing or sorting.

  • May require mandatory overtime based on business needs.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Previous pharmacy experience is a plus

  • Physical Demands:
    • Ability to select and lift objects from shelves and carry them to the order filling line.
    • Ability to consistently carry 20-30 lbs. of merchandise short distances and 15 lbs. of merchandise on an extended basis from order filling station to conveyor.
    • Must be able to walk and stand throughout the entire shift.
