Position Summary:
The Graphic Designer, under the guidance of the Design Supervisor, plays a crucial role in the creation and execution of all corporate marketing materials and components. This position is essential in effectively promoting the organization and its affiliates while adhering to project timelines and budget constraints. The incumbent will engage in design implementation, manage design files, and ensure quality control of materials sourced externally, all under the supervision of the Design Supervisor and the Senior Vice President of Marketing. The Graphic Designer must navigate within the established brand guidelines while delivering a vibrant and impactful aesthetic that aligns with marketing goals. This role will primarily focus on production tasks, dedicating approximately 75-80% of the time to these responsibilities, with the remaining time allocated to innovative design work. Additional duties may encompass support for electronic production, web design, social media, and other marketing initiatives. In this remote position, candidates are required to possess their own Adobe software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, AfterEffects), Microsoft Office Suite, and a personal Mac or PC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the efficient and timely production of marketing-related sales materials, including but not limited to: retention and acquisition pieces, flyers, brochures, newsletters, signage, postcards, packaging, interactive designs, email campaigns, and other related projects.
- Collaborate with the Design Supervisor and Senior VP of Marketing on various projects, making necessary adjustments and corrections promptly.
- Oversee internal and external communications to deliver effective design solutions. Assist in gathering all essential information from internal Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Organize and maintain digital folders and files for image and document assets. Prepare files for output and create print-ready PDFs or digital files according to specifications, ensuring timely uploads to the online portal.
- Actively support and embody the company's mission, vision, and values.
- Adhere to the Employee Handbook and company policies and procedures.
- Comply with the established departmental dress code.
- Maintain accurate timekeeping records.
- Follow attendance policies and submit time-off requests appropriately.
- Observe safety policies and procedures.
- Exhibit flexibility, adaptability, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats through appropriate channels.
- Uphold confidentiality in compliance with company policy and HIPAA regulations.
- Complete all required annual Compliance training and maintain signed attestation forms for each module.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or Marketing preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, with a strong understanding of print production.
- Proficient in MAC and/or PC platforms.
- Expertise in the latest Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and adept at preparing files for print and digital formats.
- Well-developed skills in core publishing and design software, with knowledge of the complete design process from concept to final production, including editing and file management.
- Ability to efficiently work with production layout schematics and desktop publishing for direct mail projects.
- Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, organized, and capable of multitasking while being a team player.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and budget constraints.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
