We are seeking an experienced assembler to join our team in North Mankato. As an assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and testing finished products, valves, and hydraulic cylinders on overnights. You will work closely with a Manufacturing Supervisor to ensure high-quality products are produced.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather blueprints, routing sheets, and specifications to assemble products
  • Fasten parts together using hand tools
  • Assemble parts into repair kits and switches, and package them for shipping
  • Inspect products before packaging and return rejected products to production departments
  • Learns and maintains time and production records
Requirements:
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions
  • Ability to read English and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with shipping clerks and other assembly personnel
