SUMMARY:
This role is essential for executing general cleaning responsibilities across various environments, including office spaces, manufacturing sites, laboratories, and scale houses. The position involves upholding cleanliness standards at multiple locations within York County.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Conduct routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
2. Empty and sanitize waste containers to uphold cleanliness standards.
3. Clean and disinfect restrooms; restock supplies as necessary.
4. Move furniture, equipment, boxes, and materials as required.
5. Perform basic maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs and repairing fixtures.
6. Ensure external areas are tidy by promptly removing debris from the grounds.
7. Assist in setting up chairs, tables, and other equipment for meetings or events.
8. Monitor and maintain cleaning equipment, reporting any malfunctions or issues.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience in general custodial duties within a manufacturing setting is preferred.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as a flexible team member.
A high level of initiative and attention to detail with a customer service focus is essential.
A valid driver's license and a clear driving record are required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
All work must be performed in accordance with YBP Safety policies.
The role involves working in various settings that may include noise, operating machinery, dust, and dirt from manufacturing processes.

PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES:
Physical demands include, but are not limited to, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, and lifting up to a maximum of 50 pounds.
