About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Van Driver to join our team at First Student. As a Van Driver, you will play a vital role in transporting students to and from their destinations, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the journey.

No prior experience as a bus driver is required, as we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role. Our Van Drivers work a split shift, with an early morning before-school pickup and an afternoon shift to bring students safely back home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport students safely and efficiently to and from their destinations
  • Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures
  • Provide excellent customer service to students and their families
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance driving skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years
  • Pass a background check and DOT drug test
