About the Role

We are excited to announce a partnership with a leading restoration construction company, urgently hiring for multiple locations. This partnership brings a diverse portfolio and a vast range of projects, requiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee the success of these initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Review project proposals to determine budget, time frames, staffing requirements, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Outline work plans, assign duties, and provide technical advice to project staff, ensuring the successful completion of projects.
  • Permitting and Submittals: Arrange all necessary permits, drawings, and submittals required for project completion.
  • Project Reporting: Prepare project reports for management, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Conferring with project personnel to resolve any problems, modifying schedules or plans as required to ensure project success.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and maintain job costs on a daily/weekly basis, reviewing with project personnel to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Project Closeout: Monitor project closeout, ensuring final quantities, change orders, and releases from agreements are completed accurately.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years' experience in Commercial Restoration Construction Project Management/Estimation.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of commercial restoration construction documentation, general contracting knowledge, and ability to read blueprints and order materials.
  • Certifications: Xactimate Proficiency, BS/BA in Construction, Engineering, or Business, and knowledge of Mold Remediation, Water Damage Restoration, Fire Damage Restoration processes and theories.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to produce timely results of high quality and accuracy, weigh decisions carefully, and identify, correct, and report unsafe conditions according to company and OSHA standards.
Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $75k-$100k DOE + 2% Commission on Annual Net Profit.
