Culinary Leads are responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety at CAVA restaurants. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading and developing the grill and prep teams, as well as Special Ops trainers. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coach and develop a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the grill and prep teams and Special Ops trainers
- Be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant
- Learn basic food and beverage management, including ordering and inventory organization
- Develop new leadership skills to lead the team
