Engineering Psychologist

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Psychologist to join our team at Valiant Integrated Services. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in Human Factors research to contribute to the success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in Human Factors research and a strong background in engineering or psychology. A BS/BA Degree in Human Factors Engineering, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent is required. A Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Psychology with an emphasis on Human Factors is preferred.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and develop human performance research protocols.
• Analyze complex systems to determine potential for further development.
• Integrate human factors requirements into operational hardware.
• Collaborate on system operating and training requirements.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing results and conclusions.
