Key Responsibilities
  • Dispense medications and maintain accurate inventory records under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order and receive pharmacy supplies, ensuring that our inventory is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Process wholesaler medication orders and verify medication stock to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Work collaboratively with the pharmacist to ensure that our pharmacy functions are running smoothly and in compliance with all federal and state regulations.
  • Perform various clerical duties, including data entry and communication with healthcare providers.
Requirements
  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Connecticut.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
