Job Summary:

This is a full-time position working weekdays in our Outpatient Clinic. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, current Colorado PT licensure, and at least one year of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement treatment plans and educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact
  • At least one year of experience in Physical Therapy
  • BLS through the American Heart Association
