  • Assist in providing direct nursing care to patients in the assigned area
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and unit efficiency

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • 1 year RN experience in a cardiovascular stepdown unit or similar setting
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a Registered Nurse
  • CPR certification
