WAREHOUSE FLOOR SUPERVISOR

Position Overview:
This role is essential for overseeing daily operations within the warehouse environment. The compensation begins at $23+ PH for a qualified, highly skilled bilingual candidate.

Work Schedule:
Shifts commence between 7-8 AM daily, totaling 40 hours per week with potential for overtime.
Vacation pay is available following a 60-day probationary period, with rollover benefits after 4-6 months.
Annual performance reviews will be conducted.
Hands-on experience is valued, and training opportunities are provided.
Accountability for all tasks performed is crucial, as is the ability to hold direct reports responsible for their duties.
Knowledge of safety protocols in a 3PL warehouse operation is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve customer Key Performance Indicator (KPI) requirements for shipping and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure compliance with all shipping standards to prevent chargebacks.
  • Plan, monitor, and follow up on shipments to guarantee adherence to company standards.
  • Communicate with management regarding any issues that may need escalation.
  • Collaborate with customer service to ensure shipments are prepared according to Vendor Compliance and Routing Guidelines.
  • Oversee that all small parcel shipments are processed accurately and punctually.
  • Work with customer service to coordinate timely pickups of daily shipments by carriers.
  • Understand and execute all Vendor Compliance requirements for major retailers and discounters.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring all projects are completed on schedule and within company policies.
  • Review and comprehend customer-specific Vendor Compliance and Routing/Shipping Instructions.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of verified experience in a similar role within a 3PL environment.
Must possess Material Handling Equipment (MHE) certifications.
