About the Job

The position provides specialized accounting support to achieve department and corporate goals. Key responsibilities include preparing entries, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare journal entries and monthly closing of books
  • Analyze financial statements and provide recommendations
  • Assist with audit preparation and reconciliation of discrepancies
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and enter new vendors
  • Review and record cash receipts from customers
  • Respond to vendor or customer inquiries and reconcile discrepancies

Education/Experience: A 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred; equivalent work experience and education will be considered.

Requirements: 2+ years of Accounting experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. Experience with SAP is a plus.
