Job Title: Director of Operations and Event Management

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our operations and event management team at Westminster College. As the Assistant Director of Custodial and Event Management Service, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day business operations, mitigating risk, and ensuring efficient operation of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to health and safety protocols.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
