Job Overview

FallenAmbers is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Administrator to join our team. As an HRIS Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation of our HR software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee data, including leaves and benefits, to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Export regular and ad hoc reports from our internal databases to provide valuable insights for business decision-making.
  • Create new accounts and manage access permissions to ensure secure and controlled access to our HR systems.
  • Train system users on the functionalities and new features of our HR software to ensure seamless adoption and utilization.
  • Gather payroll data, including wages and working hours, to ensure compliance with labor legislation and data protection regulations.
  • Update employee records with new hire information to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Troubleshoot and report technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to our HR operations.
  • Develop data processing guidelines to ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an HRIS Administrator or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with databases and HR software, including payroll and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills to provide valuable insights for business decision-making.
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation and data protection regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
  • Diploma in Human Resources is a plus.
