Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Management: Execute cash management duties with point-of-sale systems and shift reports to ensure accurate financial transactions.
  • Inventory Control: Help manage adequate inventory levels using company systems and guidelines to reduce loss and optimize stock levels.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team with no supervision and build an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Respond to all customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
