NO WEEKENDS Ambassador Personnel is currently recruiting for a 1st shift Production Supervisor for our partner in Leeds, AL.

Position Overview:

The 1st shift Production Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of production employees. Monitoring the productivity and evaluating the performance of personnel. The 1st shift Production manager will be responsible for managing inventory, and writing and/or revising procedures, work orders, and forms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise production employees

Write/Revise procedures, work instructions, and forms

Oversee daily production processes

Conducting safety training

Manage inventory levels
