Our Operating Room is a high-functioning, fast-paced environment with a wide variety of surgeries, including ENT, hearts, general, ortho/neuro, plastics, robotic, and vascular.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient-specific needs, assessment data, and the medical plan of care.
- Provide direct patient care, coordinate, delegate, and supervise the activities of the healthcare team.
- Evaluate patient progress towards goals and expected outcomes in collaboration with other healthcare team members.
- Document assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the patient record.
- Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification.
- Experience in the clinical area for which you are applying is desired.
- Maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area in which you work as demonstrated through annual validations.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Professional certification.
