About the Role

At MyComputerCareer Inc, we are seeking an experienced Adjunct Lead Instructor to join our team. This role is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping students achieve their goals and transform their futures.

Job Responsibilities
  • We are looking for someone to teach assigned cohorts of students in various academic delivery methodologies, including CompTIA A+, Network +, Security +, Microsoft AZ-900, AI-900, and Linux Essentials LPI 10-160 courses.
  • The successful candidate will model and cultivate a team culture that emphasizes excitement and passion for changing student lives.
  • Fostering motivational leadership, our ideal candidate will provide guidance for instructors and students, focusing on respect and setting an exemplary example.
  • They will facilitate engaging classroom experiences that encourage student retention, course completion, and certification.
  • The instructor will also communicate with students using various tools, respond to questions and concerns in a timely manner, and contribute to the motivation and encouragement of students regarding their commitment to the program.
  • This role requires delivering curriculum and instructional activities to provide students with a high-quality academic experience.
  • Additionally, they will establish clear objectives, maintain discipline, and manage student behavior in accordance with school policies.
Key Competencies
  • The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and possess excellent computer skills.
  • They should have strong written and oral communication skills, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
  • A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, ability to work well with others, and captivate a student audience would be preferred.
  • Experience in the IT industry, as well as a combination of education and work experience, is required.
