- Lead daily activities for a small team of engineers (5-7 members).
- Develop schedules and oversee multiple concurrent small internal projects.
- Work closely with existing systems engineering and Quality Management System (QMS) processes to ensure appropriate rigor and technical expertise are applied throughout the engineering lifecycle.
- Support the Engineering/Program Manager as a control account manager to guarantee accurate schedule and cost tracking.

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in the manufacturing and production of mechanical components and/or systems.
- Consideration will be given to candidates with a bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5 or more years of experience, or a master's degree with 3 years of experience.
- At least 2 years of Project Engineering experience.
- Experience in leading small teams.
Preferred Qualifications:

- 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Proven experience in managing or leading projects and/or teams.
- Familiarity with equipment design, tooling, process development, and manufacturing processes.
