Job Overview

The Morning Meal Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in preparing and presenting the complimentary breakfast for our guests. This role is essential for setting a positive tone for our guests' day and enhancing their overall experience during their stay.

Compensation:

$13 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the breakfast buffet is fully stocked each morning, providing fresh items throughout service hours.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the breakfast area by regularly cleaning tables, chairs, and the buffet counter, and disposing of trash as necessary.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards by cleaning and sanitizing service lines, beverage dispensers, and other equipment.
  • Assist guests with inquiries or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Deliver attentive service to guests in the dining area by taking orders and serving food and beverages.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED certification is required.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with guests and team members.
  • Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills are necessary.
