Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver patient care and related activities as directed by the Staff Therapist, adhering to medical practices, governmental requirements, and company policies.
Patient Care Duties
  • Maintain a commitment to our mission, values, and standards of ethical behavior.
  • Create a positive and professional image that promotes teamwork and cooperation with colleagues.
  • Treat residents with dignity, respect, and kindness, protecting their rights at all times.
  • Respect residents' personal and property rights while performing duties.
  • Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Provide patient care as directed by licensed therapists.
  • Travel between facilities as determined by supervisors and patient needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
  • Successful completion of certificate/state licensure process for Occupational Therapy Assistants.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification and licensure as Occupational Therapist Assistant.
Compensation Package:
  • $35.00 - $41.00/hour*
    *Salary may vary based on experience, education, qualifications, etc.
