Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings and screenings, to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with our dental team to provide comprehensive care and ensure seamless patient experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in MO and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
