We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Resource RN to join our team at Methodist Hospital Stone Oak. As a Registered Nurse Resource RN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive, timely, and ongoing focused physical, psycho-social, and pain assessments to identify patient needs.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, prioritizing tasks and adjusting priorities as necessary.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to coordinate and facilitate meeting patient needs, utilizing effective communication and hand-off methods.
- Recognize and report errors and unusual occurrences, analyzing contributing factors and initiating corrective action when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely entries into the patient medical record, addressing all steps of the nursing process.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse licensure.
- Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma.
