Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our meat and seafood products, including cooking procedures and product features.
  • Assist customers in selecting products and provide recommendations to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the meat and seafood department.
  • Perform tasks such as receiving and stocking merchandise, preparing food products, and setting up displays.
  • Assist with special projects and perform other functions as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity guidelines.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Knowledge of meat and seafood products and cooking procedures.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
