Millwright Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Millwright Level 2 to join our Maintenance team at West Fraser, Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned professional to work on industrial equipment and mechanical systems in a production setting.

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery, conveyors, and mechanical systems
• Repair and maintain equipment, including conveying systems, machine centers, and other production equipment
• Read and understand technical drawings and printed instructions
• Work safely under high-pressure situations and maintain a safe work environment
• Collaborate with the Maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective equipment operation

• Minimum 5 years of experience working on industrial equipment in a production setting
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment operation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
