What You'll Do
As a Manager - Customer Supply Chain Services, you will be responsible for managing and improving the order-to-cash process to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. This includes leading cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, sales teams, and operations teams, to understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless execution of order-to-cash processes.
About Your Background
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree and at least 10+ years of applicable work experience in a related field. Advanced knowledge in SAP order-to-cash processes and business process expertise in customer service and order-to-cash are required. Strong entrepreneurial mindset with knowledge in multiple business disciplines is also essential.
