Job Title: Cosmetic Nurse

At Elite Body Sculpture, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cosmetic Nurse to join our team. As a Cosmetic Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of safety and quality in our surgical environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all health care regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
  • Perform nursing tasks, demonstrating clinical competency, including administering medications correctly, setting up sterile fields correctly, and performing equipment disinfection and sterilization correctly.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately, in a timely manner, and thoroughly in accordance with company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the team, including physicians, medical assistants, patient coordinators, and others, daily clinical and surgical schedule, and anticipate appropriately.
  • Document clinical and surgical chart notes accurately and thoroughly.
  • Ensure the highest level of patient care and patient service is provided at all times.
  • Consistently follow policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes.
  • Increase physicians' and/or providers' overall patient retention.
  • Assist in all aspects of a clinical and surgical environment.
  • Tactful, mature, and able to get along with diverse personalities.
  • Other duties: complete projects and perform other duties and assume various responsibilities as determined by the Practice Manager, Regional Lead Nurse, and/or Director of Clinical Operations.
Requirements:
  • Current Nurse RN license.
  • Current ACLS certification.
  • Experience working in a plastic surgery office is a plus.
  • Availability to work overtime as needed.
  • Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) as needed.
  • High energy with a strong focus on patient-care and patient-experience.
  • Ability to function well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
