Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at AirSculpt. As a Registered Nurse in our plastic surgery office, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a current RN license, ACLS certification, and experience working in a plastic surgery office. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health care regulations, performing nursing tasks, and communicating effectively with the team. If you are a creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for patient care, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all health care regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA
  • Perform nursing tasks, demonstrating clinical competency, including administering medications correctly, setting up sterile fields, and performing equipment disinfection and sterilization
  • Complete all required documentation accurately, in a timely manner, and thoroughly in accordance with company standards
  • Communicate effectively with the team, including physicians, medical assistants, patient coordinators, and others, daily clinical and surgical schedule, and anticipate appropriately
  • Document clinical and surgical chart notes accurately and thoroughly
  • Ensure the highest level of patient care and patient service is provided at all times
  • Consistently follow policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes
  • Assist in all aspects of a clinical and surgical environment
  • Tactful, mature, and able to get along with diverse personalities
  • Other duties: complete projects and perform other duties as determined by the Practice Manager, Regional Lead Nurse, and/or Director of Clinical Operations
Requirements
  • Current RN license
  • Current ACLS certification
  • Experience working in a plastic surgery office is a plus
  • Availability to work overtime as needed
  • Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) as needed
  • High energy with a strong focus on patient care and patient experience
  • Ability to function well both independently and as part of a team
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
