About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Platform Administrator to join our team at Quantum Strides LLC. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will be responsible for the planning, design, installation, administration, operations, and day-to-day activities of multiple SAAS platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure stable, scalable, redundant, and secure information security technical operations.
  • Provide primary technical support and lead the Information Security Team in daily support activities.
  • Work with Information Security staff members to oversee and provide configuration and operational support across platforms.
  • Develop and implement process and procedure documentation to support client security operations.
  • Lead, schedule, coordinate, and provide guidance in activities with the Information Security Team, other teams, and vendors to support information security operations.
  • Deploy, configure, administer, and create customizations and improvements of SAAS software to meet business needs.
  • Develop new processes, procedures, and workflows to improve security operations.
  • Provide problem determination and resolution through analysis and diagnostics of various problems.
  • Generate regular status reports and technical documents as needed.
Requirements
  • Ten years of relevant IT work experience.
  • Five years of experience in information security and SaaS management and administration.
  • Two years of experience with hands-on design, implementation, application customization, and support experience with SaaS platforms.
  • Proficient with information security platforms in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Purview, and Archer.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS Certified Advanced Networking Specialty.
  • Microsoft Purview and Archer experience.
