CRNA Opportunity at Optum

Optum is seeking a full-time CRNA to join our team at the Kemp Surgery Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of clinicians in a collaborative environment that is guided by diversity and inclusion.

The CRNA will be responsible for providing anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures, including orthopedic, gastrointestinal, and general surgery cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in anesthesia care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
  • Collaborating with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Managing anesthesia equipment and supplies
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Requirements:

  • Current state licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Washington
  • Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs
  • Current certification by the Council on Certification of Nurses Anesthetists
  • 2+ years of experience in a full-spectrum anesthesia practice with proficiency in ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve block

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an ASC environment

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range: $199,444 to $241,438 annually. UnitedHealth Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
