Nurse - Deliver Compassionate Care in Outpatient Dialysis

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team at DaVita. As a Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the Role:
As a Nurse in our outpatient dialysis center, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our team to provide individualized care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and their families
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Experience in dialysis or nephrology preferred
