Nurse - Deliver Compassionate Care in Outpatient Dialysis

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis setting. As a Nurse at DaVita, you will have the opportunity to deliver compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

As a Nurse in this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment, building meaningful relationships with patients and their families. You will be part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
- Overseeing a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up.
- Working with your head, heart, and hands each day in a dynamic environment.
