- Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
- Caseload: 45 students
- Ages: K-5
**Responsibilities:**
We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based contract position in Seattle, WA. The successful candidate will work closely with students and educators to provide individualized speech therapy services. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans to address students' communication needs
- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to ensure effective integration of speech therapy into the classroom environment
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and meeting state and local documentation requirements
**Requirements:**
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Washington State license and ESA certification
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
