Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, ensuring optimal performance through effective processes and tools.
2. Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) insights to select architectures that align with mission objectives.
3. Conduct design risk assessments, including Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analyses (FMECA) and root-cause analysis of discrepancies.
4. Engage in technology development and safety initiatives at the program level, enhancing avionics processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical or Computer Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role overseeing technical teams.
- At least 6 years of experience in relevant disciplines.
- Proven ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment, delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Strong understanding of the avionics development lifecycle and excellent communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
