AECOM is currently seeking an experienced Senior Lead Geologist to join our team in the New England area of the United States. This position will support and help capture complex environmental projects within the region.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, flexibility to work on diverse projects, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and incorporate new skills. They will be able to communicate effectively with project team members (clients, regulators, office and site personnel).

This role involves senior project support for environmental investigation and remediation projects in a technical, project management, and/or regulatory capacity. The successful candidate will lead and manage all size of projects, provide project level technical leadership and strategic direction, champion ethical and safe working practices, and foster client satisfaction.

Key qualifications include a BA/BS in Geology, Hydrogeology, or related field + 10 years of related experience, valid U.S. driver's license, and U.S. citizenship. Additional qualifications such as Master's Degree, OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification, LSP certification, and professional licensure are preferred.
