Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with Executive Leadership to formulate and implement strategic initiatives and organizational goals.


• Oversee quarterly analysis of reserves for programmatic business.


• Partner with Underwriting teams to establish, assess, and refine reserve selections.


• Identify and analyze data metrics across departments to support profitability assessments.


• Assist IT in improving reporting tools focused on pricing oversight and loss trends.


• Contribute to the development of pricing models and rates as necessary.


• Provide actuarial support for state rate filings across various business lines and programs.


• Collaborate with external actuaries during quarterly and annual evaluations.


• Help establish and manage the actuarial department within the organization.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related discipline.


• Over 15 years of relevant experience in Property & Casualty insurance.


• Preferred experience in Construction and New York Construction lines.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
