Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team at Healthcare Recruitment Counselors. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in promoting our in-office therapies and treatment protocols to patients in the Hershey, PA area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with patients to understand their healthcare goals and desired outcomes.
  • Assist with initial consultations to determine patient medical history, motivating factors, and functional goals.
  • Develop and deliver financial estimates and long-term scheduling plans to patients based on provider orders, explaining and selling treatment plans.
  • Ensure completion of all patient paperwork and provide education on the need for and progress through the care plan.
  • Follow up with patients to ensure their needs are met and care is consistent with their expressed desires.
  • Advocate for patients and motivate them to reach their health goals.
  • Assist with patient coordination and care plans.
  • Manage financials, including accepting payments for treatment care plans.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows.
  • Medical sales experience and/or knowledge of medical terminology.
Compensation
  • $40-$60/hour plus bonus compensation based on sales (depending on experience and training).
