Key Responsibilities- Assess patients and prioritize their needs using careful clinical judgment.
- Create and adjust care plans to achieve better results.
- Assess your nursing practices to ensure quality and effectiveness, tracking indicators and making changes based on research and quality improvement initiatives.
- Teach patients and staff, integrating education into care at all levels.
- Use systems thinking to solve problems for patients, families, and staff.
- Enhance nursing practice and work environment through professionalism, contributing to decision-making and recognizing others' contributions meaningfully.
- Accredited program or 2 years minimum of experience required for this position.
- Major focus or specialization in Nursing.
- Relevant professional experience, though less than a year would suffice.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within 30 days of hire or transfer.
