POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for:

LEADERSHIP EXPECTATIONS:

As a leader within Tenet Healthcare, the CFO is expected to:

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of ten years of progressive experience in financial management within the healthcare sector.

  • A proven track record in improving financial performance and managing complex financial operations.
  • Expertise in negotiating managed care contracts and understanding healthcare trends.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; an MBA or CPA designation is preferred.
