About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Medical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the cardiac medical unit. As a critical care specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular disease, respiratory failure, multi-system failure, neurological impairment, renal impairment or failure, and diabetic ketoacidosis.
- Work in a 1:1 care model, where the RN is solely responsible for patient care, alongside CNAs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Nurse Managers, Assistant Nurse Managers, and Clinical Resource Nurses, to deliver high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Current State of Nebraska RN licensure or approved compact RN licensure.
- BLS Certification.
What We Offer
A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering exceptional patient care and driving business success.
