Front Desk Ambassador

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Front Desk Ambassador to join our team at Planet Fitness. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our members and guests.

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Manage front desk activities, including answering phones, assisting with member inquiries, and performing administrative tasks.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and high-quality member experiences.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized club environment.

• Candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service experience a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
